HOW TO SEARCH

The search engine distinguish between singular and plural, if you want to search in singular write boat, if you want to search in plural, write boats, if you want to search both words, use the asterisk *, and add quotation marks ( ' or " ), write 'boat*'.

The search engine does not distinguish between uppercase and lowercase, no matter you write motorcycle, MOTORCYCLE, or Motorcycle.

To sharpen your searchs, you can write more than one word. The writing order does not matter. The search engine returns the same results writing Beattles submarine yellow than yellow submarine beattles
If you want to search for results containing the exact phrase use the quotation marks ( ' or " ), for example 'The beattles yellow submarine' will only return items containing that phrase.

To sharpen even more your searchs, beside writing your search condition, select the Catalogue section in which you want to search. If you are interested only in DVD or VHS movies, write yellow submarine and select the section Cinema.

By default, The search engine performs a SIMPLE search, it means, searchs in the items title. If you think that results obtained are insufficient, you can always increase the search with the EXTENDED option. In that case, the search engine will also provide results found in the item description.

If you know hot to build conditional sentences, use AND, OR, NOT and parenthesis for doing it. For example, in order to search for London postcards but excluding those from London tower, write 'postcard*' AND london AND NOT tower

If you do not feel like writing conditional sentences, use the ADVANCED SEARCH ENGINE. Where you will find further more options to sharpen your searchs.
